E Invoice Negotiation

The implementation of E-Invoices in stages through 4 phases has been implemented for all business entities in Malaysia.

This aims to improve the efficiency of national tax administration management in an effort to support the growth of the digital economy. In parallel, we offer E-invoice implementation consulting services to cooperatives that need it.

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE CONSULTANCY 

To ensure that cooperatives are well-prepared in all aspects of both financial and non-financial processes, enabling them to comply effectively with the legal requirements of e-Invoicing implementation. 

     a) To provide understanding of e-Invoicing to Board Members (BOD) and staff 

     b) Assist in the initial setup of the MyInvois the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) portal system for the cooperative: 

          i. Training environment (Sandbox)  

         ii. Real situation 

     c) Ensure staff are capable of generating e-Invoices by providing training on the use of the E-Invoice Portal. 

 

PROPOSED SCOPE OF CONSULTANCY  

     i. Conduct a briefing on e-Invoicing to explain both general and specific IRBM E-Invoice guidelines 

    ii. Analyse the current income and expenditure structure. 

   iii. Provide recommendations to improve existing workflows to ensure compliance with E-Invoice regulations.. 

   iv. Suggest suitable mechanisms for e-Invoice submission to IRBM, including: 

       a) Using the MyInvois portal; and/or 

       b) Application Programming Interface (API).
